Factors Group is a Canadian wellness company comprised of many well-known wellness brands. We are looking for someone to be responsible for entering product data into our Salsify database, using excel formulas and the attention to detail that you’re known for.
This is a remote-first role for Canadian applicants only.
You’re good at
- Data Entry, preferably product data
- Creating records, creating and maintaining custom-formatted product information,
- Creating properties, catalogues, and channels in Salsify as needed
- Creating product launch documents using InDesign, ect
- Publishing web content
- Being proactive in the sense that you investigate the root of errors or the ripple effect each move and decision creates

You have
- Experience working with preferably Salsify, otherwise Syndigo or Pimcore
- Advanced Excel skills, with a good working knowledge of formulas, ect
- A high attention to detail and pride in your work
- Experience with Shopify, HTML and WordPress a plus
- A basic understanding of French to ensure our product details in French are correct.
