About the Role

This is a remote position based in Vancouver, BC, and as a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a substantial and diverse portfolio of open roles across North America. Your primary objective will be to achieve hiring goals and recruitment metrics while operating as a trusted advisor to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers and conduct recruitment intake meetings
  • Leverage multiple recruiting channels to uncover, attract, and engage qualified candidates
  • Actively source candidates to fill open positions, continuously refining messaging and sourcing strategies as needed
  • Effectively screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least three to four years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a related field such as Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent. You should also possess established sourcing skills, including a high degree of proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, and prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment systems and platforms.

A strong foundation in planning and setting priorities, effectively managing time and competing tasks accordingly, is essential, as well as refined verbal and written communication skills. Established relationship-building skills and interpersonal skills are also necessary, along with a genuine interest and passion for Talent Acquisition and continuous improvement.
