Wheaton Appliance Delivery is dedicated to providing “best in class” appliance delivery services to our clients and colleagues in the retail and multi-family building industry. Our pay structure is as follows:
Starting Wage: $16-$18 per hour
- This position assumes that there is little or no previous appliance delivery experience
- Must read, and follow, all policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of truck (cab and box)
- Prepare and organize tools, garbage, and cardboard, according to instructions
- Know the purpose of, maintain, and be able to use, all tools and equipment
- Know all behavior, clothing, and tool requirements for retail and construction job sites
- Must be able to move all appliances competently and assist lead with all deliveries

Driver Assistant Wage: $18-$20 per hour
- This position assumes that there is some level of experience with deliveries
- Driver assistants must be proficient in all above duties plus.
- Must be able to read and interpret all paperwork and job site related interactions
- Must be able to load and unload truck as well as tie product without supervision*
- Act as a “second set of eyes” as a passenger on the truck
- Should be proficient in assessing deliveries and formulating a plan to accomplish them
- This position also requires effective communication with customers

Driver Wage: $20-$25 per hour
- This position assumes the ability to plan and accomplish all deliveries as well as operate a 5/3 ton truck competently.
- Driver must be proficient in all above duties plus.
- The ability to manage a Driver Assistant
- Strategize and communicate with industry partners and customers to complete all deliveries in a timely, safe, manner without supervision

Quarterly Bonus:

- It is important to maintain a high standard of performance. As such, for those team members that excel at their duties, a bonus will be issued at the end of each quarter for the following: Arrive on time and complete all duties every day; no damage to trucks, tools, job sites, or appliances; and no physical injuries. Bonus will vary based on the wage level the teammate has achieved. Starting wage = $1 per hour bonus, Driver Assistant wage = $2 per hour bonus, Driver Wage = $5 per hour bonus.
- Bonuses will be paid on the first payday following the end of a quarter. Bonuses are earned and will not be paid when a team member is not performing to the highest level.

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
