**Weins Auto Group** **is looking for a **Delivery Coordinator** to join our team at **Lexus of Richmond Hill**. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team. As a Delivery Coordinator, you make it your duty to coordinate and complete vehicle sales deliveries to customers with the primary objectives of maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a car enthusiast with a strong passion for the Mercedes brand who aspires to become a successful sales professional.

**Reporting**:

- Delivery Coordinator will report to the New Car Sales Manager

**Delivery Coordinator Duties**:

- Accompany any potential guests on a Demo Drive
- Follow the LRH Demo Drive Process to obtain all necessary information
- Set up Trade in appraisals in V-Auto
- Daily appointment confirmation calls
- Daily CSI follow up calls
- Scheduling deliveries
- Dealer trades
- Off-site promotion activities
- Other Admin duties, as requested by managers
- Delivery specialist will not be engaged in any type of vehicle selling or negotiation activities

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver's Abstract
- Valid OMVIC License (or ability to obtain)
- Provide exceptional customer service with positive energy and enthusiasm
- Professional, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Ability to communicate effectively with great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Possess great attention to detail and have exceptional organization skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
