Manager Customer Services

Uniboard est un chef de file nord-américain dans la fabrication de produits de bois d’ingénierie, avec une capacité de production de plus de 660 millions de pieds carrés de panneaux de particules bruts, de panneaux de fibres à moyenne et à haute densité, desquels plus de 50% sont transformés en produits à valeur ajoutée et mélamine thermofusionnée. Les usines de Uniboard à Val-d’Or, Sayabec, et Mont-Laurier emploient plus de 800 personnes. Ses produits sont vendus à des détaillants, distributeurs et fabricants de produits finis, qui desservent les compagnies d’armoires de cuisine, d’ameublements, de bureau, de rénovation domiciliaire et l’industrie de la construction.
Uniboard recherche un.e directeur.trice service à la clientèle et ventes internes pour notre siège social localisé à Laval.
**Votre quotidien**:
Relevant du vice-président des ventes - Canada, la personne en poste sera responsable de l’établissement et de l’implantation de standard uniforme en matière de service à la clientèle pour l’ensemble de compagnie.
- Veiller au respect de l’ensemble des critères préétablis à l’intérieur des processus de la prise de commandes (réception de la demande, traitement, confirmation, validation des prix, gestion des ventes d’inventaire, etc.);
- Garantir le respect des contraintes opérationnelles et capacités des différentes usines auxquelles son équipe assigne les commandes;
- En collaboration avec les autres fonctions de l’entreprise, maintenir à jour les profils clients;
- Participer activement aux projets d’amélioration continue en collaboration avec les autres partenaires et assurer leur mise en œuvre;
- Assurer l’établissement des procédures nécessaires pour garantir l’intégrité des divers processus clients;
- Identifier les besoins de la gestion des systèmes d’informations du service à la clientèle et de l’interaction efficace avec les systèmes d’informations utilisés par les clients;
- Faire le lien entre les clients, le département des ventes et les départements logistiques de l'entreprise;
- Assurer l’harmonisation dynamique des approches et stratégies de service à la clientèle et de ventes internes et en promouvoir l’amélioration continue;
- Planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler l’ensemble des activités reliées à l’équipe du service à la clientèle;
- Maintenir une communication constante avec les ventes, la logistique et les opérations afin d’adopter des stratégies profitables dans la promotion des ventes internes et de dégager une planification de la production optimisées et arrimée aux besoins à court, moyen et long terme de nos clients;
- Veiller au respect des critères de rentabilité et de l’applicabilité du prix en vigueur lors du traitement des commandes clients;
- Contribuer à l'optimisation des ventes par la gestion efficace et régulière des inventaires disponibles à la vente;
- Supporter la préparation et la réalisation des forecasts de ventes par la mise à jour des outils et de divers rapports de ventes (SOP).
**Les incontournables**:
- Baccalauréat en administration, en marketing ou tout autre programme pertinent
- 8 à 10 années d’expérience dans les relations avec la clientèle, vente et/ou marketing;
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion d’une équipe en service à la clientèle;
- Excellent jugement;
- Connaissances et intérêts marqués des systèmes informatisés de gestion;
- Parfaitement bilingue tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
