Job Description: As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering them appropriate products and services. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will have access to a management training program that will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in a leadership role.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and target market.
Actively engage with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and sales techniques to stay ahead in the market.
Participate in the management training program, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your leadership and business skills.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and present ideas to management.
Display a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. We value a strong motivation to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and overcome objections.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a desire to take on additional responsibilities and grow professionally.
Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to explore the possibility of starting your own business within our company.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
