**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target hotel renovation and new construction projects, focusing on furniture, lighting, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel owners, procurement managers, designers, and project managers.
- Collaborate with the project management team to understand client requirements and tailor product offerings and solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential new markets or customer segments.
- Develop marketing collateral, product catalogs, and sales materials that effectively communicate the value and features of Astro Hospitality Supplies' products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for improving sales performance and market share.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in hotel design and furnishings to provide clients with innovative and relevant solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the hospitality or FF&E industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of hotel renovation and construction processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business environments.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- A passion for design, furniture, and creating beautiful, functional spaces for hotels.
**Employment Type**:
- Full-time, with occasional travel for client meetings, industry trade shows, and project site visits.
