As the **Key Account Customer Service Representative **based in **Greater Toronto Area,** under the general direction of the Divisional Sales Operations Manager, this position supports and drives eCommerce sales growth that involves

**Job Responsibilities and Expectations**:

- Follow up with customers on a daily basis and respond to all internal/external customer inquiries.
- Identify opportunities in the current portfolio for future growth.
- Daily interaction with team members, managers, customers, branch managers and account managers.
- Support all responsible quotes & orders, ensuring the accuracy of the information and communicating to the internal team.
- Continued education of product and industry knowledge through internal and external sources.
- Promote products and services to customers and provide substitutions and/or solutions where required.
- This team member will partner with customers, vendors and contractors.
- Fosters open communication between all internal business partners, both internal and external.

**Preferred Education & Experience**:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial and/or safety products is preferred
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Outlook) and aptitude required
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (if driving required)
