Responsibilities and Impact: We are seeking an outstanding client service team member and support enthusiast to engage with our clients through proactive consultation on the financial industry and S&P sophisticated software and product offerings. This person will be responsible for supporting customers migrations, implementations and on all operational matters.
Client services team is contributing for the client relationship with company’s groups by developing client-focused processes and solutions, ensure smooth user onboarding by providing necessary training. Associates gather intelligent product feedback and act as an advocate on behalf of the client to Product Development.Provide outstanding services and ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in client development and retention programs.
Deliver product trainings and presentations to clients.
Address client inquiries about products and services in a timely fashion.
Analyze client concerns and work with other teams to provide immediate resolutions.
Notify customers about new product developments and enhancements. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of experience in a Finance or FinTech industry
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Fluent in English Additional Preferred Qualifications**:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
