**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of technicians and perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on customer cars.
- Gather information from customers and diagnose the problems they are experiencing with their cars.
- Write reports to document work performed and communicate with customers.
- Advise customers if further repair work is needed after the initial service appointment.
- Plan service schedules for the shop.
- Teach other employees how to carry out basic car repairs.
- Complete vehicle modifications according to customers' requests.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truro, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
