- Involves labor field work related to infrastructure monitoring and maintenance projects.
- No specific certifications, degrees, or past professional experience required; training will be provided.
- Entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
- Requires a valid Canadian driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Travel throughout B.C. is required. Company vehicle provided during work hours.
- Operating larger vehicles, such as vans and larger trucks, as well as familiarity with hitching and towing trailors is preferred, but not required.
- Tasks include cleaning, organizing, mobilizing, and demobilizing company assets.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Projects may involve indoor and outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility in scheduling, with occasional nights and weekends required for certain projects.
- Upon completion of the probationary period, employees are eligible to recieve paid vacation and a comprehensive benefits package.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Requires a high level of physical endurance and attention to detail.
- Capable of frequently lifting heavy equipment and working with power tools and construction materials.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces such as manholes and water reservoirs.
**Training and Safety**:
- First Aid and Confined Space Entry training provided by the employer.
- Fluency in English is mandatory due to safety communication requirements.
