Are you passionate about driving efficiency and excellence in citizen services? The RMV Modernization Team is at the forefront of redefining service delivery in Nova Scotia, and we need your expertise to ensure our processes are as efficient and effective as possible.
As our Process Efficiency Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of vehicle services in Nova Scotia. You will work closely with workstream leads and the executive team to establish and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring our project not only meets but exceeds financial and efficiency goals.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Collaborate with team leaders to define, measure, and achieve vital program metrics.
- Leverage your expertise in Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct financial performance analyses to pinpoint efficiencies and opportunities for improvement across workstreams.
- Serve as a change agent, leveraging your skills to foster program enhancements and cultivate partnerships for continuous improvement.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale government transformation projects.
- A solid foundation in Six Sigma, with a Green Belt Certification or equivalent proficiency in Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- A strategic thinker with a knack for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to meet customer requirements and project goals.
**Assets**:
- CPA certification, demonstrating your depth of understanding in financial analysis and performance management.
- A Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, showcasing advanced expertise in process improvement methodologies.
