Sales and marketing is what we do, but we are a people development business.
As a sales representative, you'll drive new customer acquisition and showcase our clients products. It's more than a job; it's a chance to connect, build relationships, and thrive in telecom. Our field is dynamic and continually evolving with technological advancements, so sales representatives must adapt, stay informed about new offerings, and be adept at communicating the value of these advancements to potential customers.
**What can you expect from joining our team**:
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in an assigned territory to generate and maximize revenue
- Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers
- Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures, and tools by attending training
- Proactively manage opportunities with existing and prospective customers through all stages of the sales cycle
- Establish and achieve sales targets
- Contribute to daily team environments, expanding skill sets and leadership tools
- Competitive commission & bonus opportunities
- Networking events & opportunities to travel with the team
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and conveying product or service information clearly.
- Full-time availability
- Strong time management skills help in prioritizing and meeting sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- A driven attitude towards achieving and exceeding sales
- Post secondary education is an asset
