Le coordinateur associé des opérations effectue des tâches opérationnelles de base qui permettent à C.H. Robinson de répondre aux besoins de transport des clients et des transporteurs. En mettant l'accent sur l'intégrité, la qualité et l'efficacité des données, l'individu peut effectuer des tâches opérationnelles en soutien à un client spécifique, un segment vertical ou au sein d'un centre d'opérations centralisé. Les responsabilités spécifiques varieront en fonction du type d'affectation.

**FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS**

Les tâches et les responsabilités de ce poste comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants:

- En mettant l'accent sur la qualité et l'efficacité, exécuter une ou plusieurs des tâches suivantes et conformément aux politiques du bureau et de l'entreprise et aux procédures opérationnelles standard (POS) : fournir des informations sur les expéditions, créer des commandes, activer des expéditions, constituer des chargements, attribuer des chargements, planifier des rendez-vous, suivre et tracer des expéditions, saisir des événements et facturer.
- Surveiller les tableaux de tâches et les comptes de courriel assignés afin de répondre aux demandes des clients et des transporteurs.
- Documenter les événements en utilisant les connaissances acquises par les procédures opérationnelles standard et l'expérience et, si nécessaire, suivre les procédures d'escalade et la formation définies.
- Assurer le suivi des demandes des clients et des transporteurs pour garantir leur satisfaction. Transférer les questions ou les demandes si nécessaire
- Valider et assurer l'exactitude des données de chargement dans les systèmes, conformément aux normes des RSC et des clients.
- Autres tâches ou responsabilités assignées selon les exigences de l'équipe et/ou du pays.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Requis:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED
- Expérience antérieure du service à la clientèle
- Doit parler et écrire le français

Préféré:

- Baccalauréat d'un collège ou d’une université accrédité(e)
- Maîtrise de base des programmes de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Expérience préalable du service à la clientèle dans un centre d'appels ou un environnement similaire.
- Compétences avérées en matière de communication, d'établissement de priorités et de gestion du temps.
- Expérience professionnelle antérieure nécessitant un souci du détail et de la précision.
- Vous appréciez un environnement de travail diversifié et inclusif.

Associate Operations Coordinator

Job Description Summary

The Associate Operations Coordinator performs basic operational tasks that enable C.H. Robinson to meet the transportation needs of customers and carriers. With a sharp focus on data integrity, quality and efficiency, the individual may perform operational task work in support of a specific customer, vertical segment or within a centralized operations center. Specific responsibilities will vary depending upon the type of assignment.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

- With a focus on quality and efficiency, execute one or more of the following tasks and in accordance with office and company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs): providing shipment information, creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events and invoicing
- Document events utilizing knowledge gained through SOPs and experience and, when required, follow defined escalation procedures and training
- Follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction. Escalate questions or requests when necessary
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to CHR and customer standards
