The Image Optometry Store will soon be transformed into a fantastic Specsavers store, with state-of-the-art Optical equipment along with a fun and supportive working culture for our team
What you’ll do
Provide our customers with the exceptional care and quality service we deliver to our other 4.1million customers worldwide.
You will pleasantly exceed your customers’ expectations with your shining personality as you guide them through our range of stylish frames and support the customer who see themselves through contact lenses for the first time. How great is that
You are a confident, hardworking individual who builds rapport without hesitation. Some of your fantastic talent, skills, and attributes will include:
- A passion for providing superb customer service motivated by uncovering new ways to enhance the optical shopping experience
- Punctuality and reliability
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Recognition of your role in eye care and providing style advice
- Flexibility to work retail hours which may include some late nights and weekends
No experience in optics, but you have a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn? We are all about providing you the training to help you develop your career and reach your aspirations.
