Burlington, Canada Watts Water Technologies Full time

The individual in this role provides customer service to internal and external customers by managing inquiries, confirming orders, providing pricing, and providing technical advice as required.

You Will:

- Issue RGA’s and initiate IMS’s within QAD
- Canada and GTA Rep Agency support
- EDI support
- Manage open quotations
- Item Master Set-up
- Liaison with Operations Department
- Assist Department Manager/Supervisor as required
- Escalate/refer complaints to appropriate department for follow up
- Maintain customer database
- Capacity to take on more complex tasks
- Possess wider product knowledge
- Other duties as required or delegated by Dept. Supervisor/Manager

You Have:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Three years of relevant work experience; demonstrated multitasking and time management in a client facing role.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office or equivalent. Working knowledge of mainframe system.
- Strong client focus and ability to work under pressure.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job responsibilities outside the typical office setting.
