**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Tools Mastery**: Become an expert in our operational tools, skillfully extracting essential data and compiling it into Excel reports.
- **Issue Identification and QA Reporting**: Play a critical role in identifying, validating, and documenting in-game issues, providing reproduce steps in the QA reports for swift resolution.
- **Discord Management**: Efficiently manage team messages and Discord posts, utilizing Discord coding to ensure seamless communication and player engagement.
- **Report and Documentation Creation**: Produce quality Word or PowerPoint reports and meticulously organize data in Excel.
- **Player Feedback Management**: Collect and synthesize player suggestions into well-structured reports, driving continuous game improvement.
- **Managerial Collaboration**: Effectively communicate work progress with the manager.
- **Excel Expertise**: Demonstrated proficiency in data organization and manipulation within Excel.
- **Strong QA Skills**: Keen eye for detail in identifying and verifying in-game issues, along with excellent report writing skills.
- **Discord Savviness**: Comfortable with Discord and capable of utilizing Discord coding for seamless post management.
- **Prioritization and Multitasking**: Ability to align tasks based on priority discussions with team leaders while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- **Communication Excellence**: Clear and effective communication skills for productive team collaboration.
- **Language Skills (Bonus)**: Korean or other language fluency is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
