Job Description Summary
The Insurance Review Analyst will conduct business reviews of select independent licensed insurance agents affiliated with World Financial Group Insurance Agency (WFGIA). In addition they will review client files to assess, track findings, detect and mitigate company risk.

**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate, review, track, and provide reporting for client and agent file reviews in adherence with department policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports that identify statistics, trends, and training opportunities for field agents.
- Escalate issues to management as appropriate.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training materials, such as bulletins and webinars.
- Help identify opportunities to improve workflow processes.
- Participate in department projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in finance or other business field, or equivalent experience
- Two years of insurance/financial services industry experience
- Customer focused with excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency using MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of WFGIA processes and procedures
- Life license
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Working Conditions
- Office or hybrid office/remote environment
