As the Service Design Coordinator on the Service Design and Client Experience team, you play a key role in keeping teams on track and driving initiatives and projects that contribute to enabling our Westland teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. This role contributes to the transformation and growth strategy and requires a broad range of skills from facilitation, stakeholder management, project management, quality assurance, organizational change management, process design, technology configuration, and more. This is a 9-month paid contract role for new and recent graduates.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Technology, Design, Business, or other related fields
- Experience working to deliver client service and/or business projects
- Strong knowledge of business model design and change management practices
- Familiarity with design thinking and agile project management methods

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Once here, you'll**:

- Under direction, advance work packages as part of broader project scope and drive to successful completion including determine project requirements, developing concepts or solutions and plan implementation approaches- Perform gap analysis on processes, data, client journeys, business requirements and technology capabilities
- Interview, observe, job shadow, and conduct research to better understand internal and external stakeholders and their requirements
- Create appropriate documentation of deliverables including presentations, reports, diagrams, workflow diagrams, spreadsheets, journey maps, etc
- Provide hands on support on project work which may include process documentation, configuration, testing, training documentation and delivery, communication material creation, pre

- go live support activities, as well as transition to operations support
- Use appropriate tools (i.e. Figma, Excel, SharePoint, SmartSheets, etc.) to stay organized and report on work progress
- Participate in team meetings and learning forums to share knowledge, discuss challenges and progress your own and the team’s growth and development
