Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to general inquiries
- Greeting Clients
- Creating and organizing electronic files
- Scheduling appointments
- Drafting correspondence and standard documents
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
- Providing administrative assistance to the conveyancer’s, bookkeepers, and Notaries
Skills/Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Responsible and reliable
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook and Word primarily)
- Conveyancing experience preferred (not required)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
**Experience**:
