We have an exciting opportunity for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Airdrie, AB. This is a full-time, permanent position, with an excellent benefits package, and room for growth.
**Shift Schedule**: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responding to forklift calls
- Unloading and loading product from trucks
- Moving racks and bins as needed
- Compiling required documentation
- Safely and efficiently moving and lifting heavy material loads using forklift and/or pallet jack
- Performing routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment
- Inspecting and performing minor maintenance on equipment daily (i.e. adding hydraulic fluid if necessary)
- Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge/Experience and Skills**:

- Valid forklift certification - Counterbalance propane/electric sit-down
- Previous experience lifting and moving heavy materials using a forklift within a warehouse environment
- Experience moving odd/over-sized materials would be an asset
- Experience using a skid steer would be an asset
