Tempering Offloader

**Shift Time**: 2:30PM to 11:00PM
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Able to coordinate and manage all aspects of shipping and tempering that support the shipping manager.
- Responsible to communicate in English to clients regarding shipments.
- Inspect, Measure and package glass when finished tempering.
- Use forklift to move racks and load/unload trucks.
- Ability to manage and train others.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualification**:

- Proven experience in shipping, Tempering, logistics, or a related field.
- Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated experience in forklift operation.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively supervise and train team members.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Experience with skid steer is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is an asset.
- Having a valid Alberta class 1 license is considered an asset
