As a Shipper you will be coordinating and managing shipping activities to support the Shipping Manager. This role requires effective communication with clients, handling glass post-tempering, and operating a forklift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Shipping Manager in coordinating all shipping ad offloading activities.
- Ensure timely and efficient shipment preparation and dispatch.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communicate shipment details, updates, and any issues effectively with clients in English.
- Measure and package glass securely for shipment.
- Inspect tempered glass for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Safely operate a forklift to move racks of glass within the facility.
- Load and unload trucks with tempered glass as required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
- Valid forklift operator certification is required.
- More than one year of experience in forklift operation is required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Experience with skid steer is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is an asset.
- Having a valid Alberta Class 1 licence is considered an asset.
