** This is currently a remote opportunity, where the person is ideally based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, or close by.

**The Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) will be an expert in their field, and will have the following skills, abilities and professional traits**:
The overall focus of this position will be creating an excellent inbound sales funnel that effectively converts leads into customers, by taking the strong digital marketing presence we’ve already developed, and significantly leveling it up. This person will enhance the social media strategy we currently have in place, and will substantially increase each channel’s traction, aiming for conversions vs vanity metrics, while also continuously investigating new opportunities. New projects, such as collaborating with micro content influencers, and educational webinars will also be something we’ll look to incorporate together.

The goal of this position is to lead the marketing arm of Pathfinder365 to its next level of success. This person will collaborate with leadership to identify actionable goals, and then lead the charge to develop legitimate strategies and tactics to reach those goals, leveling up our entire sales and marketing game. They will also need to have experience with dynamic software systems like HighLevel, CRMs, website architecture, and incorporating complex workflow automations into their strategies, or, have a keen ability to learn these types of software systems quickly. This person will also be a very strong writer and content developer (doesn’t just use ChatGPT), and will be a highly effective collaborator.

The LGS has a strong work ethic, can effectively navigate the ofttimes-intense needs of a fast-moving tech startup without it negatively affecting their mental health, and can self-manage a productive and healthy work-life balance. They also have the ability to effectively work autonomously, and have exceptional communication skills that enables them to collaborate really well with their leadership and team. They understand the need for check-ins, and why it’s important to ask questions. They’re confident to voice their opinions, make suggestion, offer solutions, and have in-depth discussions.

**Key Responsibilities and specific tasks under review are (but are not limited to)**:

- Creates and publishes content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any others that are identified for incorporation along the way
- Manages social media communications
- Maintains a current and evolving understanding of the targeted audiences for each social channel
- Creates and manages our dynamic content management strategy, including persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience, and is unique to the typical interactions of each engagement medium
- Maintains a strong focus on building the site’s SEO, with a keen eye for strategic copywriting and keyword deployment
- Manages e-newsletter strategy, creation and deployment
- Manages the blog strategy, creation and deployment
- Manages most aspects of creative design
- Oversees site metrics, analyzes and compiles analytics reports, and create proposals for enhancements/new directions
- Manages Google Analytics
- Manages advertising campaigns
- Strong focus on audience growth, building brand awareness, and ultimately boosting signup conversions and sales = aka, effective ROI strategies
- Contributes to workflow automation management
- Creates unique marketing campaigns and follows through from end to end, including direct B2B communications that relate to the campaign
- Build and deploy a multi-province webinar strategy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Freelance, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $700.00-$1,400.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
