**Information of the Hiring Departement**:
**Position**: Building Maintenance Technician
**Job Status**: Temporary
- Full time
**Location**:Toronto
**Salary**: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
**Hours of Work**: 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts. Overtime as required

**Responsabilities**:

- Maintenance of HVAC units
- Operation of Metasys Building Automation System
- Electrical Repairs and Minor Installations
- Some housekeeping tasks
- Some grounds work
- Fire Safety Equipment Inspection

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years experience in plant maintenance or related activity
- BES Certificate, preferably level 1 or 2 or related engineering equivalent
- Ability to read architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work independently
- Electrical experience
- Experience maintaining HVAC systems
