We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Field Coordinator.

Job Overview:
As the Client Field Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a demographic area and support a network of lice removal consultants in the field and at corporate clinics where applicable. You will play a crucial role in training and developing consultants, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service. Additionally, you will oversee and service the area as the primary contact and help on board and support additional providers within the region as needed while maintain training and quality control.

You will be required to work mobile servicing clients on site in the greater Edmonton area.

Key Responsibilities: Provide service to all inbound home visit requests to a maximum of 36 hours per week.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for new and existing lice removal consultants, ensuring they are proficient in lice removal techniques, client communication, and operational procedures.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to field consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Monitor consultant performance and provide feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client field coordinators, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Assist in the management of schedules, coordination of service appointments, and ensuring timely delivery of services to clients.
- Ensure field coordinators are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels for lice removal supplies, ensuring all field consultants are properly stocked with the necessary products and equipment.

Provision of Executive Assistant duties as needed.

Hair Styling or barber management an asset.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in team leadership, training, or field coordination (preferably in a service or healthcare-related industry).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- Comfortable working with both field teams and clients in a professional, customer-focused manner.
- Previous experience in the lice removal industry is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of head lice removal practices or willingness to quickly learn. Hair salon management and Styling or barbering licence as asset.
