**Job Overview**:
As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service personnel at our design firm, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support over the phone and through other communication channels.

**Responsibilities**:
Address client inquiries regarding our design services, pricing, availability, and project timelines, offering accurate information and assistance to meet their needs.

Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our services, products, and customer support processes, and relay this information to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.25-$26.30 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
