PHARA is seeking individuals with exceptional administration and communication skills to join our team.

You will play a vital role to the organization, working with internal Leadership and external partners. This position also works with the CEO to move forward health and housing services.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A university degree in Business Administration or Disability Studies. A college diploma and further experience may be considered.
- Solid research and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering educational training programs.
- Adept in office administration duties.
- Proficiency in multiple software packages including Microsoft and Adobe.
- Experience in graphic design is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple elements at once.
- In-depth knowledge of the experiences and needs of individuals with disabilities, workplace accommodations, and inclusivity and accessibility in the workplace.
- Valid G2 or G driver’s licence, personal vehicle, and insurance.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

PHARA est à la recherche de personnes ayant des aptitudes exceptionnelles en administration et en communication qui veulent se joindre à son équipe.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’organisme en travaillant avec des chefs internes et des partenaires externes. Vous travaillerez aussi avec le directeur général pour faire avancer les services de santé et de logement.

**COMPÉTENCES**
- Un diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou en étude de la condition des personnes handicapées. Un diplôme collégial jumelé à de l’expérience pourrait être pris en considération.
- De fortes aptitudes à la recherche et à la présentation.
- Une expérience de la conception et de la prestation de programmes de formation.
- D’excellentes aptitudes aux tâches d’administration de bureau.
- Une maitrise de divers progiciels comme Microsoft et Adobe.
- Une expérience en graphisme (atout).
- Une grande attention pour le détail et la capacité de gérer et de prioriser de multiples éléments en même temps.
- Une connaissance approfondie du vécu et des besoins des personnes ayant des incapacités ainsi que de l’adaptation du lieu de travail afin qu’il soit inclusif et accessible.
- Un permis de conduire G2 ou G valide, l’accès à un véhicule personnel et de l’assurance automobile.
- Le bilinguisme (anglais/français) est un atout.
