Who you are

The Technical Account Manager is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities and deliver high-quality work. In addition to Technical Account Management, we will require the individual to participate in both Pre and Post Sales activity, when required. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead conversations and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Finally, the candidate has technical knowledge and the ability to understand and troubleshoot software applications, IT infrastructure, and related technical issues and is willing to explore new frontiers in the field.


What you will do

As a Technical Account Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Act as the primary technical contact for assigned key customers, understanding their technical requirements, business goals, and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Serve as the go-to technical authority for our customer and partner network, facilitating both pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of Qohash solutions.
  • Engage in meetings with prospects, customers, and partners to discern their technical and business needs. Ensure that all crucial data is gathered and comprehended before any POV or presentation.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their evolving needs, address any concerns, and provide ongoing support.
  • Provide technical guidance, best practices, and recommendations to optimize the customer's use of our product.
  • Assist with product onboarding, implementation, and customization, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Technical Support, Product, and Engineering, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Advocate for the customer within our organization, ensuring their feedback and requirements are considered in product development and enhancements.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and new technologies to effectively support customers and provide relevant recommendations.


What your resume shows

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, or Solution Engineer
  • 2+ years of experience in solving problems in software applications, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates must reside in the province of Ontario or Quebec, although this is a remote role.

Nice to Haves

  • Background in managing and building a TAM practice and premium offering.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate the customer's organizational chart.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience in data security and privacy regulations.
  • Experience working in a Startup environment
