**Overview**

This position works closely with the Project Manager (PM) to plan, organize, and direct the activities of our projects. The Project Coordinator supports the PM to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget on a day-to-day detail level. The main responsibilities include working with internal and external team members to meet a realistic timeline, following up with team members to ensure everything is running smoothly and tracking project progress.

**Responsibilities**

Support the PM to:

- Ensure project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate subtrades (as per PM instruction).
- Coordinate orders - windows, doors, supplies, etc.
- Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project.
- BC1 ticket for active projects.
- Complete all permit paperwork for projects.
- Execute project insurance.
- Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders.
- Solve issues that may arise during the project.
- Manage and build relationships with multiple teams.
- Manage day-to-day activities for the project management team.
- Perform project administrative tasks in organized manner.
- Upkeep project files (Electronic and Paper).
- Project Calendars - update / track.
- Analyze project data and producing progress reports.
- Build and monitor project budgets.
- Physically visit job sites to monitor subcontractors and projects.
- Lead safety by example.

**Qualifications**
- Commercial (Multi-family) Construction experience preferred.
- Intermediate computer and/or tablet/iPad experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Self-directed, takes initiative, with the ability to work within a team or independently as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
