Mississauga, Canada Carte Wealth Management Inc. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**_
- Oversee all accounting record keeping, manage movement of financial information between Carte Wealth Group
- Manage full cycle accounting, reporting, A/P functions, general ledger, treasury and financial analysis
- Provide weekly cash flow analysis
- Complete monthly financial reporting, budget preparation and updates
- Provide key financial analytics, recommendations and collaborates with business unit leaders to ensure overall effectiveness of the planning process including timeliness, accuracy, integrity
- Complete year-end financial statements, oversee audit when required
- Ensure accurate and timely compliance reporting to regulators as required
- Manage, monitor, forecast and report the cash balances and cash flow
- Support and assist the Management Team in developing long-term business strategy and plans
- Assist in the preparation of financing plans
- Co-ordinate the preparation of year-end financial statements
- Analyze data and information to provide financial performance insights and recommendations for the consolidated business financial statements
- Other duties as assigned
- **Qualifications**_
- Post-secondary education in Business/Accounting with a professional accounting designation (CGA or CPA) preferred
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry will be an asset but not mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Established commitment to high professional ethical standards
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to make decisions to move forward
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Proven ability to organize, plan and manage multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines
