**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Utilize HRIS platforms for data entry and reporting
- Assist in training development and delivery for employees at all levels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Support performance management processes and employee relations activities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and departing employees
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in recruiting, HRIS systems, and training development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- perfectly bilingual
