The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for inspecting guest rooms, public spaces, and staff spaces, according to BMR and Westin standards for cleanliness and maintenance quality. It also involves auditing service quality of all Associates. The Quality Assurance Auditor will provide recommendations and assistance with process improvement, standards creation and maintenance, training, and feedback methodology.

**Year Round - Full Time with Benefits**

**Hourly Rate of $17.43**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Examines and reports on quality of work performed by assigned personnel and take appropriate steps to ensure all rooms meet BMR and Westin standards.
- May be required to correct minor deficiencies in cleanliness/repair if needed.
- Assist with development and maintenance of a Standards Library to act as the benchmark for Lodging quality across all resort properties.
- Assist with delivery of training to departmental leaders and Ambassadors
- Provide daily audits on Lodging Associate performance, as well as regular audits on facilities and cleanliness of public spaces.
- Drive continuous improvement in training programs through upgrading and standardizing of policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Training processes
- Develop and Maintain the Resort’s Allergy protocols and standards as related to industry best practices, parent company’s standards and government regulations

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV an asset
- Excellent investigative and analytical skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
