Culinary LeadershipLead and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and timeliness.
Inventory Management and Supply ChainOversee the procurement and inventory management of ingredients, kitchen supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Customer Service and Quality AssuranceEnsure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste, and that our customers receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
Health and SafetyMaintain a clean, safe, and healthy kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications- Education and Experience
College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in culinary arts, with a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
Work EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and odorous kitchen environment, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Work SettingExperience working in a restaurant, urban area, and bar setting, with a strong understanding of the demands and challenges of these environments.
Transportation and TravelOwn transportation or ability to use public transportation to travel to and from work.
