**JOB SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Manager, the Executive Director, theadministrative function, and oversight for all LDAS locations.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Administrative Support**
- Greets and provides general support to visitors.
- Supports the Office Manager and other management and staff with financial and administrative tasks.
- Monitors and maintains inventory of office computers, cell phones, and electronic equipment and coordinates the set up of computer equipment for new staff and support other staff with computer equipment.
- Works collaboratively with other locations to develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures and supports other admin staff in other areas when required.

**Finance Support**
- Leads, monitors, and produces spreadsheets for the collection of the Provincial Accounts Receivable.
- Creates billing sheets for coaches and tutors and invoices clients. Receive and process payments.
- Enters and monitors office expenditures and receivables for the branch budget spreadsheet.
- Produces various financial and administrative reports.

**Service Delivery Support**
- Support of clients for Bridges, Coaching, and Canada Saskatchewan Study Grant intakes.
- Oversees the Canada Saskatchewan Grant estimates, tracking spreadsheet, client correspondence, and submission of documents to the Ministry.
- Coordinates the GED Testing Services; qualify as a GED test proctor.
- Maintains office supplies inventory and complete supply ordering.
- Maintains digital and electronic records of clients.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Grade 12 plus a recognized Office administrative certificate/diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of financial and administrative experience, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Training and/or experience at the intermediate level in the use of common software packages such as MS Office suite, QuickBooks, Jane programs.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License and have access to a reliable vehicle would be desirable.
- Ability to provide a valid Criminal and Vulnerable Sector check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
