**JOB PROFILE**

The sales support representative is responsible for the entire submission process and ensures compliance. Responsibilities also include ensuring that all necessary information is obtained to process the order of manufactured goods and keeping internal systems up to date.

This position requires individuals who can work with mínimal supervision.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement all aspects involved in the preparation of bids;
- Be comfortable reading architectural plans and elevations;
- Respect established deadlines with a keen sense of priorities and careful to complete files on time;
- Manage own projects diligently; ensures that the tools are up to date for communications with customers;
- Support the sales team in monitoring and evaluating projects, confirming orders and collecting deposits.
- Collect and compile customer requests provided by the sales team: analyze, prepare and transmit information to the parties concerned;
- All other tasks related to the job requested.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service role with project management;
- Essential bilingualism (French-English spoken and written);
- Professional attitude and integrity;
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written);
- Adaptability, flexibility and versatility in a flow and growth environment;
- Mastery of technology: the Microsoft suite, Wrike and ERP (SAP an asset);
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task;
- Good management of stress and priorities, ability to work with tight deadlines;
- Ability to manage a heavy workload.
