**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Bilingual Corporate Travel Concierge, you will focus on providing exceptional, high-touch service by assisting customers who call in for travel arrangements, dining, event planning, research, personal shopping, and more.

**Work in the office and work at home**

Each week, you will have the opportunity to spend two core days in the office with the team. All non-core days will be spent working at home. We're looking for travel enthusiasts who are available to work from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM with two consecutive days off during the week. The salary for this role is $23.00 per hour ($47,840 annually).

**Core Days**: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

**Non-Core Days**: Sunday, Saturday

**BILINGUAL CORPORATE TRAVEL CONCIERGE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Leverage John Paul's network of vendors and travel partners to book travel and fulfill requests.
- Build experiences that leverage direct/personal knowledge of the client’s personality and desires.
- Provide Program Benefit Support for questions about membership benefits, reward point redemptions, and statement credits.
- Sharing insight/feedback received through interactions with the client members to the manager.
- Promote collaboration with team members, management, and sustain a respectful work environment.
- Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality.
- Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission and abide by the values of this organization.

**BILINGUAL CORPORATE TRAVEL CONCIERGE JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Minimum 1-year experience within a call center environment, preferably for a financial services organization, a luxury brand, or a travel services provider**:

- **Travel and hospitality experience required**:

- **Bilingual in English and French is required**:

- Must be proficient at communicating verbally and/or in writing
- Have flexibility in work schedule to work evenings and/or weekends with two consecutive days off per week
- Possess an exemplary positive attitude; is passionate about offering unparalleled customer service and excels in maintaining excellent associate relations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
