We are looking for someone who is:

- Proficient with organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously, as well as working with tight deadlines
- Capable of working from home (make phone calls, participate on video calls, speak directly with service providers and clients)
- Strong at managing multiple tasks
- Resourceful and fast to problem-solve
- Passionate about high-end customer service and strives to go above and beyond for our clients
- Knowledgeable in Luxury Lifestyle - including travel, restaurants and fine dining, etc.
- Driven to deliver bespoke services in a timely and professional manner
- Respectful of the confidential and sensitive nature of the relationship with our clients
- Looking to build a career with a leading high-end concierge company

Key focus and Responsibilities:

- Proactively research new and exciting events, travels, restaurants and more for our clients
- Proactively reach out to our clients to offer experiences or remind them of special events/dates
- Prepare routine correspondence and complete administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain a network with service providers and staff
- Negotiate with service providers
- Build trusting relationships with our clients
- Open and tightly follow up on tickets according to clients’ requests
- Tickets may include:

- Arrange leisure and entertainment activities
- Event management
- Travel and itineraries
- Purchase and source unique personal items and gifts
- Provide assistance with personal arrangements as needed

Skills and experience:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as moderate experience with G Suite, Microsoft Suite and HubSpot
- Experience in any of the following sectors: Executive/VIP support, Guest Relations, Account Management, Luxury Travel & Leisure
- Experience in dealing with confidential information using discretion and sensitivity at all times
- Driver's license and have access to a car as metropolitan travel may be required

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
