**PURE Restoration** is a full spectrum disaster restoration and reconstruction company providing comprehensive service to residential and commercial customers and the insurance industry.

We are currently seeking a full time Office Administrator to start immediately. Reporting directly to the Project & Branch Manager, the Office Administrator will directly assist with the following roles and responsibilities and must have the ability to work autonomously.

**Job responsibilities and duties include to assist with the following**:

- Answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
- Primary point of contact for building operations and building tenants.
- Complete initial intake of incoming projects and claims.
- Office supply management.
- Present a positive and professional image for the organization.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, including phone system and printers.
- Manage incoming, outgoing mail and courier services.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and conduct.
- Excellent interpersonal personal skills, professional and courteous demeanor.
- Excel at remote interfacing and reporting.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and other MS Office programs.
- Direct property restoration or construction experience is an asset.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
