We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and continue to elevate our offerings.

As the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in all kitchen operations, focusing on the art of butchering, dry-aging, and preparing exquisite steak sandwiches that showcase the quality of our ingredients. Your leadership will guide the kitchen staff, ensure excellent food quality and guest experience, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expertly butcher meat and manage the dry-aging process to ensure top quality and flavor.
- Create and innovate menu items, sauces, and seasonal offerings that delight our guests.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including scheduling staff and ensuring adherence to HACCP and food safety protocols.
- Foster a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and excellence in food preparation.
- Understand and manage food costs and labor efficiently to maintain restaurant profitability.
- Handle guest interactions and complaints with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team for effective kitchen operations and menu development.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a high-end dining environment.
- Strong butchering skills and a deep understanding of meat preparation and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of dry-aging processes and the ability to romantically prepare and season meats.
- Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
- Experience in scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and inspire staff.
- Passionate about food, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Pay: $45,886.53-$79,468.19 per year
