Our client, Hybrid Elevator Inc., is looking to add a dynamic and professional Regional Sales Representative to their team. As a company specializing in the manufacturing, installation, and servicing of custom residential elevators and wheelchair lifts, they are proud to be a family owned and operated company in British Columbia for over 10 years. Hybrid is looking for a results-driven sales representative to develop the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island market by actively seeking out and engaging prospects. This person would be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, developers, builders, and end users within their territory from initial sales contact through to completion of the project. This role requires someone to become a master of Hybrid's product offering to ensure they provide top-notch customer driven solutions as well as being an educator to prospective clients on the benefits of elevators in residential settings. Reporting to the General Manager and President of Hybrid, they will be responsible for meeting targets for growth, customer acquisition levels, profitability and leading the way in an industry that has depth and meaning. Responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island markets; Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports; Actively seek out and engage customer prospects; Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships; Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; Meet with clients to assess their needs, provide product recommendations and liaison with the contractor for a smooth end to end process; Manage projects throughout the sales and installation process; Site visits to ensure that elevator installation requirements are met and understood; Meet with clients to advise and finalize elevator cab designs, follow up for sign off and submit product orders to manufacturing. Requirements Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales; 4-5 years previous sales experience; Previous experience in commercial or residential elevator sales a strong asset; Previous experience in the construction industry; Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills; Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills; Knowledge of home building/construction industry; Excellent organizational skills and computer literacy; Professional and ethical demeanor in person and on the phone; Relationship management skills and openness to feedback; Ability to work with limited supervision; Valid driver's license.
