Admissions and Sales Representative

Mississauga, Canada Prep Doctors Full time

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive **Admissions and Sales Representative** to join our team at Prep Doctors This role suits you if you are passionate about education, sales, and customer service.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Provide guidance on future course options based on exam outcomes.
- Track exam results and generate reports for the Admissions Manager.
- Forward new registrations to the Registrar department for invoicing and processing.
- Coordinate with the Advisors team to manage the consultation calendar effectively.
- Book and/or assist with consultations.
- Support with documentation and follow-up procedures after consultations.
- Assist in planning & monitoring Ad deadlines and upcoming courses.
- Provide feedback on the performance of advertisements to both the Marketing Team and Admissions Manager.
- Serve as a liaison between teams, conveying messages effectively.
- Update internal communication platforms with relevant information.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and contribute insights.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in admissions or a sales-related position is required.
- Prior experience in a sales position within the education industry is preferred.
- Essential skills for this role include strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), is a must.
- The ability to work in person/on-site is necessary.
- Possess basic understanding of sales skills and techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and build relationships, are essential.

**Application Process**:
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
