About the Role
- Support the Automation Lead with Designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks ensuring they adhere to PMO and TCoE practices. Be the process champion.
- You will be responsible for performing automation readiness assessments and reporting on findings.
- Communicate regularly and in a timely manner on the status of test automation assignments.
- Drive continuous, measured improvement of automation testing processes, defect process, strategies, plans and frameworks across the organization.
- Support the Automation Lead in building out and the sustainment of the Automation practice.
- Participate in all SDLC lifecycle phases contributing to the planning and test automation estimation process, participating in the requirements gathering process and analyzing requirements to ensure appropriate automation test planning, test coverage and supporting other project related activities.
- Provide timely and meaningful feedback, including identifying gaps in functional/technical specifications

About You
- Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business-related field with 5+ years of IT automation test scripting, maintenance, and execution experience on large projects in agile and waterfall environments.
- QAI CSTE and ISTQB Certified Tester certification required
- Hands on experience with Windows, Linux/Unix OS
- Strong programming experience in Java, Powershell and.NET with experience on JAVA and JVM architecture and scripting in Selenium and JBehave framework.
- Experience with GIT version control system and Docker platform
- Strong working experience with Katalon Studio
