As our Process Automation Specialist, you'll be key to our ongoing expansion. You'll automate internal processes using no-code platforms like Webflow, Integromat/Zapier and manage data with Google Sheets. On a typical day, you might identify a process to optimize, design an automated workflow, troubleshoot existing systems, or transform complex data into actionable insights. Through collaboration with our global team, your role will be instrumental in enhancing our operations, supporting our growth, and enriching our unique travel experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using no code platforms, especially Webflow, Integromat (Make)
- Strong understanding of Google Sheets formulas
- A proven track record of working independently and finding creative solutions to problems
- A proactive attitude, thriving in challenging situations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A deep commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
