**Overview**:
Under the direction of the Dir. Digital Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day management from a digital perspective.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Support marketing department in its development growth
- Liaison with the agency and responsible for developing content calendars for Naturesage’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Google, YouTube and Amazon.
- Work closely with the Digital teams in order to devise seasonal strategies, supply assets, copy and campaign needs to our online retail partners.
- Digital campaigns on Ecomm websites, manage agencies, promotions/marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Oversee social media communities - answer comments, messages, DMs etc. on hourly basis
- Build engagement - track relevant hashtags, continually comment, like and follow
- Track social KPIs and suggest content optimization
- Create monthly reports on KPIs; ie performance.
- Manage the digital needs for the growth and expansion of Retail partners in the global markets.
- Maintain and organize Product Page assets and other creative elements specific to each retail partner.
- Support in the content creation, digital & social planning for retail partners.
- Develop and coordinate social exclusive promotions, competitions, and giveaways
- Aid in content production including photoshoots, video shoots and influencer created content
- Keep up with relevant news, updates, and new product launches
- Work with influencer coordinators to track communication, send outs and promotions
- Create content/write copy for NatureSage’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Manage digital promotional activity calendar; Google Ads.
- Work with internal graphics department to develop assets for social platforms
- Produce monthly reporting and presentation for internal review
- Perform Ad Hoc projects as they come in.
- Manage Oceania projects in their entirety.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Experience and relationships with retailers preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong knowledge of current interactive channels and trends in online business development, particularly in social media, websites and e-commerce
- US Market experience is needed
- Expertise in using web analytics and sales data to conduct analysis, draw conclusions, drive actions based on multiple data sources and drive brand growth
- SEM experience
- Proven track record of success working in a fast paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Soutenir le service marketing dans sa croissance;

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes chargées du numérique afin de mettre sur pied des stratégies saisonnières et de répondre aux besoins de nos partenaires de vente en ligne en matière de ressources, de contenu et de campagnes;
- Gérer des campagnes numériques sur des sites Web de commerce en ligne, gérer des agences, des campagnes promotionnelles et marketing et des stratégies;
- Garder un œil sur les communautés sur les médias sociaux : répondre aux commentaires, aux messages, aux messages privés, etc., par tranches de quelques heures;
- Renforcer l’engagement : suivre les mots-clics pertinents, commenter, aimer des publications et s’abonner à de nouveaux comptes continuellement;
- Suivre les IRC sociaux et suggérer des moyens d’optimiser le contenu;
- Élaborer des rapports mensuels relatifs aux IRC/à la performance;
- Gérer les besoins numériques en matière de croissance et le développement de partenaires de vente sur les marchés internationaux;
- Tenir à jour et organiser le contenu des pages produits des partenaires de vente et tout autre élément créatif propre à chacun d’eux;
- Appuyer la création de contenu ainsi que la planification numérique et sociale des partenaires de vente;
- Imaginer et coordonner des promotions, des compétitions et des concours exclusifs sur les réseaux sociaux;
- Participer à la production de contenu, notamment aux séances photo, aux enregistrements vidéo et au contenu créé par les influenceurs;
- Rester au fait des actualités, des nouvelles et des lancements de produits pertinents;
- Travailler avec les coordonnateurs des influenceurs pour suivre les communications, les envois et les promotions;
