**Job Summary**:
Working in conjunction with the Operational Support Services - OCS team, the Data Management Specialist will be responsible for liaising with the Canteen branches to ensure customers are being invoiced appropriately and in a timely manner, reviewing client agreements and contracts, creating reports and recurring billings, and providing support to order desk persons.

Now, if you were to come on board as a **Data Management Specialist**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Ongoing maintenance of recurring equipment rentals, service reminders, subsidy, minimum, meter, and shrinkage billings in SEED
- Maintaining reports for monitoring of proper delivery point sequencing, price plan and item code usage
- Creating comprehensive reporting for Finance, focusing on the products, pricing, and lines of business relationships
- Downloading and archiving invoices
- Completing Excel spreadsheets with downloaded data from invoices daily, as well as using formulas to match the data
- Weekly monitoring of open orders/invoices and branch reminders
- Providing technical support to company SEED users
- Self-directed, ongoing learning to become the definitive expert on which products are suited for which equipment
- Other duties as assigned

- Data analytics education with a minimum of 2 years experience is a must
- Finance experience is not necessary but would be an asset
- Microsoft Excel - expectation of high level of expertise for Data Management and Formula driven tools
- Microsoft experience with Outlook, Teams / SharePoint at an intermediate level is a must
- Product/ Equipment knowledge for OCS line of business would be an asset
- Must have a proactive approach and positive view of technology and automation
- Problem solving skills needed to quickly assess field requests and understand what result is required
- Able to work remotely, either as optional or required, if necessary, supervised and unsupervised
- Able to consistently multitask and react with composure to constantly changing priorities in this high pressure, fast-paced, growing part of the business.
