**Overview**

**Duties**
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the company.
- Procure materials and products necessary for production while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and monitor complance to terms of contracts.
- Source new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities to meet company requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and assist in fabricating solutions that align with operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance metrics.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential cost savings or opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inventory count process to ensure count is accurate and update inventory system.

**Requirements**:

- 4 years proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
- Demonstratable negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and build client relationships.
- High level of attention to detail and cost analysis, with excellent organizational skills.
- An ability to self audit work, prior to presentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills to assess vendor performance and market trends.
- Effective communication skills, (both written and verbal) with all levels of organization, clients, subcontracted vendors, and design professionals.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and purchasing software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
