A Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Office/Service Manager - Desjardins Agent Team Member. Qualities/Is this YOU?:
We are looking for an efficient, confident, organized and resourceful individual to help us manage the day to day noise in our office. We want someone who can learn quickly and take over the busy-ness of the office so that the agent and sales team can concentrate on sales. You are patient and can assist customers on their worst days and you are also highly motivated to talk to other customers about their insurance needs and pivot to other lines of insurance.

Job Role:

- 1st Ambassador of the office
- General office organization
- Deflector of calls to the agent and sales team
- Training team on new initiatives related to service/billing/claims
- Claims follow up
- Pivoting to other lines of business
- Ordering of office & marketing supplies
- Sale of insurance

Total Compensation & Other Fun Stuff:

- Salary (Sales Team)
- Commission
- Annual Retention Bonus
- Monthly/Quarterly Team Promotions and Bonus will be available
- 3 weeks vacation

Licensing:
OTL & LLQP are required but are not need to interview. We will look after this for you. They are not easy exams though
