Telecom Production Tech
**Location**: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assembling and installing telecommunication equipment according to work order (4G/LTE/5G radios, Microwave, Small Cell, Pico Cell, etc.)
Receiving materials, unpacking & verification of work orders & spec's
Identifying missing materials and reporting to management
Installation, mounting and placement of telecommunication equipment in relay racks and h-frames (crimping, soldering, bix wiring, continuity testing, and use of basic telecom diagnostic tools)
Cutting different types of cables to length and creating cable assemblies
Reading & interpreting equipment installation manuals and drawings
Other duties as required.
**Skills/Qualifications**:
Previous Warehouse Experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment to meet customer deadlines
Lifting and moving equipment up to 80 lbs. (work classification: heavy work)
This is a warehouse production-based position, but the ability to occasionally travel or work in the field is an asset
Bilingual is an asset but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
Ability to think critically
