**Product Manager - Toronto**

Ahearn & Soper a 140-year-old High Tech company has a position open for a Sales Support Technician to assist Sales Representatives in the sale of Supply Chain Technology and Systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product lines include Card Printers, Thermal Printers, Mobile Printers, Handheld Scanners, Handheld Terminals, Wi-Fi Networks, and various Bar Code Software packages.
- Supplier relationships, business planning, price negotiations, and organization of staff training
- Customer interaction including needs assessment, demonstrations, and recommendations
- Working with Salespeople with site visits, quoting, and consultation
- Implementation of systems including specifications, tolerances, configurations, installations, or outsourcing
- Post-sales support, system upgrades, and trouble shooting
- Supporting Service Technicians

**Requirements**:

- College or University Degree, Diploma or Certificate in related fields
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excellent trouble shooting skills to define and resolve customer needs
- Ability to communicate openly and confidently
- Work independently with good time management and organizational skills
- Maintain excellent customer, supplier, and coworker relationships
- Reliable vehicle along with a clean driving record

Assets
- Experience with related technologies, suppliers, or customers
- Experience with Barcode systems or the Supply Chain Industry
- Experience in design of Bar Code label solutions
- Certifications in related fields.

Product training will be provided.

The position includes salary, bonus, expenses, and benefits.
